Canaiuolo, Sono Montenidoli
Canaiuolo, from the Canaiolo of the red stem, has the gentleness of a white and the strength of a red; it is a transgender: a perfect rosé. Young and fresh, it is excellent for a welcome or a toast. With time it becomes a really good wine for food.
On the palate, it is full, very dry, with well crispy modulated acidity. The finish is long, salted, mineral. The bouquet opens with raspberries and violets, progressing to orange blossoms and citrus.
