A surprisingly fun and funky traditional method Mexican take on sparkling wine, using some of the same grapes found in Cava. Lively bubbles with aromas of Meyer lemon, jasmine, pear and hints of Brioche. Fresh, clean, and dry with notes of green apple underpinning a bright acidity and a persistent finish.

A collaborative effort between La Competencia Imports and Freixenet de Mexico, this label is exclusively available in the U.S.  The goal is simple, craft a collection of wines that are easy and enjoyable to drink at price points that won't break the bank.
