Very bright and lively. A big mouthful of pomegranate, wild strawberry, and red cherry with fresh raspberry and a very pleasant, fresh and dry finishing. It spends 24 hours on the skins and fermentation at controlled temperature, aged in stainless steel and then spends 2 months in bottle before release.
