A blend of Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca and Tinta Barroca. Grapes from old vines, above 50 years, planted at altitudes between 500m and 600m in Nagoselo do Douro, São João da Pesqueira – Cima Corgo. The grapes for this Pormenor Rosé were harvested in the second week of August in order to keep its natural acidity and restrained alcohol. Fermentation and ageing with the lees for 7 months in used French oak barrels -225l, with no temperature control, no malolactic fermentation or battonage and minimum intervention until bottling.
