Pinot Grigio, Muri-Gries

The grapes for this expressive white wine mature at an altitude of 260 - 500 m in the vineyards of Bolzano and Appiano, where they grow mainly on chalk gravel and alluvial soils

The 2020 Pinot Grigio pours a straw yellow color with green reflexes. It has a tempting bouquet of fresh fruits, ripe Williams pears, herbs and tea and is spicy and slightly buttery and nutty. On the palate, the wine is fullbodied and well-structured with a long and slightly bitter finish.

After temperature-controlled fermentation of the must in stainless steel tanks at 19°C for one week, the wine is aged in stainless steel.
