Grignolino is a grape varietal indigenous to Monferrato, and one of the oldest from the region. The wine produced with these grapes has a light ruby-red color. On the nose it shows delicate wild strawberry and spice notes, and on the palate it reveals an important tannic structure, as pleasant as it is unexpected. Grignolino, that was at risk of disappearing from the Piedmontese viticulture, is now experiencing an important rediscovery by fans of native, autochthonous vines.

Strawberry and rose, with spicy notes (white pepper) on the nose. Light-bodied, structured with fine tannins, persistent flavors with an elegant finish.

Vinified and aged in stainless-steel vats.
