The Barrancas wine region is located in the Maipú department of Mendoza, Argentina, around the small town of Barrancas. It's about 115 miles south of Mendoza city, across the Mendoza River from the Andes mountains. The region's slightly warmer climate produces softer, riper wines than other parts of Mendoza and the sandy-loam soil is ideal for the cultivation of sparkling wine varietals.

Grapes were destemmed and pressed. It then goes through 20 days of alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at 16ºC. Then it goes through secondary fermentation in small stainless steel tanks, with lees contact for 90 days.
