Made from a .8-hectare parcel in Premeaux-Prissey, the Aligot? is always an impressive regional-level wine. It typically carries a good underlying acidity that translates toward citrus and flint, with good length and density. The wine finishes quite dry with a chalky tannic character.
Flinty minerality, with white flower and touches of bright citrus zest. Malo is not blocked, but this is still classic Aligoté through and through. Aging occurs for 8-10 months in stainless steel. Like all wines from the domaine, production is tiny.
